Flower Basket Shawl SOS

I ended up with an error in the Flower Basket Shawl that I couldn't fix. Thanks to Jessica, who kindly helped me, the FBS was back on track. I was able to knit another 10 row repeat without any trouble. I knew it wouldn't last. I've just spent the past hour tinking back and trying to figure out where the error was in the shawl. I think I have figured it out and will continue on. I don't know why I have such trouble following a pattern. For the life of me I don't know why I forget yarn overs all the time. I must have ADD.
