Baby Bobbi Bear Progress

I have completed the body, head and legs. I like the results so far, and I will post a progress picture later today. I have abandoned the first bear as the yarn is not thick enough. I will start over using the same yarn I am using for this one which is Lamb's Pride Bulky. I need some advice as to what to use for the face, since the bear is dark brown. I think black won't show up and I can't use buttons as the recipient is 1 years old.

you could use a cream color yarn, or some ribbon, you could also do the mouth in red and the eyes in blue so they stand out more.
